In Andhra Pradesh, an all party meeting has unanimously passed a resolution appealing to the fasting Telugu Desam Party President Chandrababu Naidu to call off his hunger strike. Following the demand from TDP leaders, Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy held the all party meeting to discuss the farmers’ issues. Briefing the media in Hyderabad about the deliberations later, Finance Minister Ramanarayana Reddy said the TDP and left parties left the meeting with out even listening to the measures taken by the Government to provide relief to farmers.Stating that the Government is willing to take an all party delegation to Delhi, the Minister has said the Government is yet to get the detailed enumeration reports over the exact loses incurred by farmers. He said other parties have asked the Government to positively respond to provide more relief to farmers. The meeting has also passed another resolution appealing to farmers to be confident.Meanwhile, Chandrababu Naidu continues his fast on the seventh day today. The TDP cadres have held protest demonstrations by holding highway blockades at several places across the state. On the other hand the mass hunger strike led by former Kadapa MP Jaganmohan Reddy has been concluded today.
