All-party meet fails to end Sabarimala impasse

<span style="color: #222222;">An all-party meeting held in Thiruvananthapuram on Thursday to end the impasse over the Supreme Court verdict allowing entry of women all ages in Sabarimala failed to reach a consensus. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The state government and the Opposition parties stood firm on their positions. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The shrine of the famous Ayyappa temple in Sabarimala will be opened for the annual pilgrimage on Friday evening. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, while briefing media after the meeting, said since the rule of law should prevail in the State, the government is bound to implement the Supreme Court verdict and could not compromise on it. </span><br />''
