Communications and IT Minister Ravi Shankar Prasad today assured the Rajya Sabha that all out efforts will be taken to make BSNL profitable soon. The Minister was responding to a query by Naresh Agarwal of the Samajwadi Party during Zero Hour. Mr Agarwal said the private mobile operators are not taking action against the call drops. To this, the Minister said the managements of several private cellular operators have assured the government that they will take effective steps to reduce call drops.
