The government has said that all Indians in Kabul are safe. Replying to question from the media, the External Affairs Ministry spokesman Vishnu Prakash said that the government is in close touch with the Indian embassy in Kabul and the security personnel have cardoned off the area after Monday’s attacks in the city. <br/><br/>He said an advisory has been issued to Indian citizens in Kabul to restrict their movements.<br/>
