An all India examination for selection in Medical Courses at the undergraduate and post graduate level will be in force from next academic year. This was revealed by the Chief of the Medical Council of India, MCI, S.K. Sarin while talking to reporters in New Delhi today. He said this is being done to reduce the burden of competitive examinations on students. He said, all medical colleges including the private will come under its ambit. Sarin said that the council is holding discussions with the CBSE on holding the examinations at the under graduate level and there is an enthusiastic response from the board. <br/>
