In Badminton,Indian shuttler Lakshya Sen defeated Danish third seed Anders Antonsen by 21-18, 21-16  in the second round of   Men's Singles and he is through to the quarterfinals.

 However, Saina Nehwal lost to Akane Yamaguchi of Japan by 21-17,17-21, 21-14 in second-round women's singles match at the All England Championships in Birmingham today.
