Senior BJP leader and Information and Broadcasting Minister Prakash Javadekar has said that BJP will emerge as the single largest party in Maharashtra and all decisions on alliance will be taken by the party's Parliamentary Board. He said said the Parliamentary Board of the party is meeting this evening to decide the future course of action.
Mr. Javadekar termed the people's mandate in Maharashtra and Haryana as historic. Talking exclusively to AIR Mr. Javadekar said that people have changed the way they used to vote and have voted for good governance, honest leadership and development. He said the mandate shows that people have reposed their faith in the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Mr. Javadekar said that his party has also been successful in achieving its goal of what he called Congress free India.
