<span style="color: #222222;">Delhi Government has&nbsp;said that all&nbsp;individuals who are COVID-19 positive will be referred to COVID care centres for assessment of clinical conditions, severity of illness and&nbsp;co-morbidities. Simultaneously, physical assessment will also be done for adequate facilities for home isolation so that clusters of cases do not develop in the locality.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">In its order, it said, if adequate facility for home isolation exists and a person on clinical assessment is found to have no co-morbidities and does not require hospitalisation, they will be offered to either continue to stay in COVID centre or can opt for home isolation.&nbsp;</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The city government added that other affected people will have to continue to stay in COVID care centres as per Union Health Ministry's guidelines. It urged that people in home isolation must follow the guidelines and stay in touch with health care providers so that, if their condition deteriorates, they can be moved to COVID hospitals.</span><br />'' &nbsp;
