All colleges in Puducherry re-opened today after the COVID lockdown period of nine months.<br />'' <br />''Though colleges were opened on 17th December itself, classes were only for final year UG and PG students.<br />'' <br />''The Director of Higher and Technical Education Mr.Yasam Lakshminarayana Reddy in a circular to the Principals of all colleges asked them to open the colleges for all students by following the Standard Operating Procedures given. All colleges should provide sanitizer and thermal scanner and the students be allowed after testing their temperature.<br />'' <br />''<span style="color: #222222;">In case of more than 60 students in a class, they will be divided into two groups and classes taken for six days in a week. It should be ensured that the students keep social distancing and  wear mask in the college campus and classes.</span><br />
