In Sikkim, all arrangements are in place for counting of votes in the by-election to three Assembly constituencies tomorrow. The fate of 15 candidates would be decided tomorrow. <br />''<br />''The key candidates are Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang, the president of the ruling Sikkim Krantikari Morcha (SKM), who contested against Sikkim Democratic Front's (SDF) Moses Rai and Sikkim Republican Party's (SRP) Yadhu Kumar Rai in Poklong-Kamrang.<br />'' <br />'' In East Sikkim, six candidates each contested from the Bhutia/Lepcha-reserved assembly constituencies of Martam-Rumtek and Gangtok. The ruling SKM did not contest from these constituencies. The BJP did not contest in Poklok-Kamrang.<br />'' <br />'' In the 32-member Sikkim legislative assembly, the ruling SKM has 18 MLAs, BJP has 10 legislators and Sikkim Democratic Front has one MLA.<br />
