<span style="color: #222222;">All the arrangements have been completed for the counting of the votes polled in the October 21 assembly by-election for the Kamaraj Nagar constituency of Puducherry. Counting will commence at 8 AM tomorrow (Thursday). </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The service votes will be taken first. The security in and around the counting centre, the Motilal Nehru Polytechnic have been tightened. The lead will be known by 10 AM and the result expected by noon.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"><br />'' The electoral fortunes of 9 candidates including A John Kumar of the congress party and Bhuvaneswaran of the NR Congress will be known after the counting.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Meanwhile, in Rajasthan, election machinery is all set for counting of votes for bye polls at Khinwsar and Mandawa assembly seats held on 21st of October. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Three-tier security arrangements have been made and CC TV cameras have been installed at counting centres. Counting will start at 08.00 a.m. A total of 65.97 per cent voter turnout was recorded at both the assembly constituencies.
