In Andhra Pradesh, all arrangements are in place for bye-elections for Nellore Lok Sabha and 18 Assembly Constituencies on Tuesday.State Chief Electoral Officer Bhanwarlal appealed to voters to utilise their franchise without fear.CEO said 138 companies of central armed forces and state special police have been deployed and polling staff have reached the Poling stations in 12 districts.The polling will begin at 8 AM on Tuesday and continue till 5 PM.Over 46 lakh voters are expected to utilise their franchise at 5413 polling stations.A total 255 candidates are in the fray while all major political parties fielded their candidates in the bye-elections.
