Alistair Perira, convicted for mowing down seven persons while driving under the influence of alcohol in 2006 surrendered before the Mumbai police this morning. His surrender comes after the sessions court in Sewri in Mumbai issued an arrest warrant against him yesterday.A senior police officer today said in Mumbai that Pereira surrendered before the police this morning and he will be produced before the court soon.
