In Qatar, Dr. Mohammed Saleh Al Sada has been appointed as new Minister of Energy and Industry.According to official Qatar news agency, the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani has appointed the outgoing energy minister Abdullah bin Hamad Al Attiyah a Chairman of the Emiri Diwan in addition to his duties as Deputy Prime Minister.
