A Spanish judge has said in Madrid that an al-Qaeda suspect plotted to poison tourists' water supplies to avenge the killing of Osama bin Laden. The judge remanded the man in custody. He said, the 36-year-old Moroccan, had obtained manuals on poisons, toxins and explosives from jihadist websites.Police swooped soon after he appeared to be saying farewell to his wife.The judge of the National Court, Spain's highest authority for hearing terrorist cases said in a ruling that online comments on jihadist websites expressed a clear desire to carry out an attack by poisoning human water supplies.
