The District court of Ajmer has rejected bail petition of 3 accused of Ajmer blast case. The accused were presented in the court on Tuesday by Anti Terrorist Squad -ATS. 3 persons were killed and 10 injured in a bomb blast in Dargah on 11 Oct. 2007. District Judge Prashant Agarwal also ordred on Tuesday that the Dargah Blast case will be heard by District and Session Court of Ajmer. The next hearing will be on next Tuesday. Rajasthan Home Minister Shanti Kumar Dhariwal says, senior RSS leader Indresh Kumar whose name figures in the chargesheet relating to the Dargah blast will be interrogated by the Rajasthan Anti Terrorist Squad since there is concrete evidence.
