The RLD leader Mr. Ajit Singh today met the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh on the agitation of farmers in Western Uttar Pradesh, who are demanding higher compensation for acquisition of their land for Noida-Agra expressway. Later speaking to newsmen in New Delhi he said the Prime Minister should intervene in the matter and a comprehensive bill should be brought in the Parliament on land acquisition.
