The Civil Aviation minister Mr.Ajit Singh has said that anything KHAP panchayat say or implement cannot be supported if it is against the law. He was speaking in Bangalore today. Talking about the compensation package sought from Boeing for delay in delivery of dreamliners, the minister said Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs will clear the package after consultation with Financial and legal departments.

On removal of Mr.Bharat Bhushan as Director General of Civil Aviation, the minister said it was only an administrative decision and ruled out any differences in the government on his removal .

When asked on High Court verdict about the sacked pilots, the minister noted that the ministry will take their case one by one and the process will take more time.
