Pune FC maintained their unbeaten record in the Airtel I-League when they registered a one-goal win against bottom side Rangdajied United FC in the Round 7 match at the Balewadi Sports Complex at Pune. It was Calum Angus who came to the rescue of the Red Lizards as his 29th minute strike enabled hosts to register the win over their opponents. With the win Pune FC now stands second on the points table with Salgaocar being the leaders with a higher goal difference while Rangdajied still have to climb the ladder as they remain at the last position.
