Government has launched an AirSewa Portal and Mobile App to offer air travelers a convenient and hassle free experience. Through this app, passengers can check their flight status, flight schedule and register their grievances.Launching the facility in New Delhi yesterday, Civil Aviation Minister Ashok Gajapathi Raju said, passengers will be able to post their feedback and complaints, if there are any inadequate services from airlines and airports.He said, the user will be given a unique reference number for each reported grievance and passengers can track its status and response. Speaking on the occasion, Minister of State for Civil Aviation Jayant Sinha said, the website is designed to bring together information about all airports and airlines on a single portal. He said, nodal officers have been nominated by the Airline and Airport to address the grievances in a time bound manner.
