In Jammu and Kashmir, Leh district administration has made airlifting arrangement from Leh to Srinagar for stranded passengers of Kargil tomorrow through army aircraft subject to weather clearance. District authorities told our Leh correspondent Pavitra Singh that there will be three sorties of army aircraft from Leh to Srinagar. The stranded passengers are coming to Leh by road tonight. People who have not registered themselves with the administration are also requested by the authorities to reach army airport Leh by 7.30 in the morning.<br/>
