In the Aircel-Maxis case, the former Union Finance Minister P.Chidambaram's son Mr Katri Chidambaram has said, he is awaiting the decision of the CBI on the jurisdiction over the case to issue fresh summons. <br/><br/>His lawyer Mr Arun Natarajan in a statement issued in Chennai has said, the Special Judge has discharged the accused in the case and terminated the proceedings in February this year. <br/><br/>As a fresh summon has been issued to him by the apex investigating agency, Mr Karti has raised objection saying it might not have the jurisdiction for doing so. Mr Karti did not appear before the CBI yesterday in response to its fresh summons in New Delhi.
