The latest aircraft from European manufacturer Airbus will shortly carry out the maiden flight of its A350 aircraft. Six crew members will be onboard the plane when it takes off from the French city of Toulouse. Airbus says the A350 will set new standards in terms of efficiency and environmental performance, using 25 per cent less fuel than the existing the aircraft. It is considered as a direct competitor to US rival Boeing's 787 Dreamliner.
