All India Radio (AIR) and Times Internet (TIL), the Internet and mobile venture of Times Group, today entered into a partnership for broadcasting running commentary of the last three matches of the ongoing IPL season five. As per the agreement, AIR will broadcast live commentary of the eliminator match at Bangalore on May 23, second qualifier match and final match at Chennai on May 25 and May 27, 2012 respectively on its National Channel and FM Gold Network. Commenting on the tie-up, AIR Director General L D Mandloi said, live commentary of the last three important and crucial matches, including the final match would provide a new experience to the listeners.The commentary will be in Hindi and English alternately.
