Renowned Hindi writer Dr Narendra Kohli today said if the king administers the state with honesty and dedication then that is called Satya Yug. Addressing Dr Rajendra Prasad memorial lecture 2015 organised by All India Radio, Mr Kohli said if king runs the state with dishonesty then Kaliyug comes into force.<br/><br/>Mr Kohli said the landscape of the world is changing everyday but the human spirit is still the same.
