In Manipur, the much awaited Local Radio Station at Churachandpur was inaugurated by the State Chief Minister, Mr. Okram Ibobi Singh today. This is the second station of All India Radio in the State, after the Imphal Station set up almost half a century ago. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister Ibobi Singh said that with the inauguration of the station, the long standing demand of the people of Churachandpur district has been fulfilled. <br/>
