One such person from far off Zanskar valley is Mr. Tsering Tundup who is physically blind but his effort to learn to play the musical instrument ‘Surna’ made him &nbsp;self-reliant.<br />”<br />”He speaks about his encounter with his Surna Teacher Ali Mohammad through All India Radio Leh and he is now willing to teach, preserve and promote traditional musical instruments amongst the younger generations.&nbsp;<br />
