The Air India is starting three domestic flights from Amritsar to New Delhi and two connected flights to New Delhi. These are Amritsar-Delhi-London and Amritsar-Delhi-Toronto on daily basis from 1st of November. This domestic flight facility would help passengers from Punjab especially business class and professionals to visit Delhi and come back on the same day.The Deputy Manager, Air India, Jalandhar while confirming this to AIR Jalandhar Correspondent Rajesh Bali said that two international flights of Amritsar-London and Amritsar-Toronto via London would also have a changed schedule from November 1st.The Amritsar-London flight which would take-off from Amritsar at 4.50 AM, first land at New Delhi for one and a half hour from where passengers would have to change the aircraft for further journey to London. Similarly, Amritsar-Toronto flight via London which would start at 10.10 PM from Amritsar, then be Amritsar-Delhi-Toronto flight. It would not stop at London then.
