Cash-strapped Air India may be heading for another strike after the meeting between the pilots and the airline management remained inconclusive today.Regional secretary of Indian Commercial Pilots' Association, Capt Ravindra Kumar, said after a three-hour long meeting in New Delhi that the management is adamant over our demands. There is no official word on the talks.The pilots have been demanding an inquiry into the alleged mismanagement of the airline, implementation of uniform rules for all the employees of erstwhile Indian Airlines and Air India and a turnaround plan from the management without any cut in the salaries of any employees.
