With the agitating Air India pilots returning to work, most of the flights of the Airlines have started operating. Talking to reporters in Mumbai, the spokesperson for the national carrier Jitender Bhargav said that almost 90 per cent of the flights have resumed and the rest will be operational by Thursday night. In order to compensate the inconvenience caused to the passengers, the Air India also announced special discounts. Customers who buy four coupons will get discount of eight thousand rupees and business class and corporate sector customers will get a discount of three thousand rupees per coupon. The Airline has also announced a discount in frequent flier points to avail tickets.
