All India Majalis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) leader Asaduddin Owaisi has demanded a special package for four districts Araria, Katihar, Purnea and Kisanganj in Bihar. These districts have Muslim population ranging from 30 percent to 70 percent. Owaisi's demand has come ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's visit to Bihar tomorrow. Mr. Modi is likely to announce a special package to the State. Addressing a function in Kisanganj, Mr. Owaisi described Lalu Prasad and Nitish Kumar as opportunists who could not be counted to work for the benefit of Muslims of these areas.
