The All India Institute of Medical Science, AIIMS, today declared the results of its MBBS online entrance test after a government panel rejected allegations of question paper leak. <br/>Around 2.84 lakh candidates appeared for the examination, of which 4,905 have qualified and are eligible for counselling session. <br/><br/>Head of examinations, Dr Ashok Kumar Jaryal said for the first time in its history, AIIMS, New Delhi will be admitting 100 students for this session.<br/>The results are now available on the official website -<br/>aiimsexams.org and also on the websites of other six AIIMS, including Patna, Bhopal and Raipur.<br/><br/>The entrance examination for the MBBS course was<br/>conducted on 28th of May at various centres across the country.<br/><br/>On May 31, allegation had surfaced that question papers of this year's entrance exam for MBBS course were leaked. <br/><br/>Following this, the institute constituted a committee to probe as to how snapshots of the test came out in public.<br/><br/>The committee, in its report, stated that there was no question paper leak. <br/><br/>It, however, said that in an examination centre in Uttar Pradesh, candidates indulged in cheating in connivance with some officials.
