Bone Marrow treatment facility will soon be made available at National Cancer Institute of AIIMS, Jhajjar in Haryana for those suffering from blood cancer. On the occasion of 5th foundation day of the Institute, Chief of the NCI, Prof. Alok Thakar while talking to Akashvani News, said that state of the art facilities are available at this institute for the treatment of different kinds of cancers which are being provided at very nominal rates. He said, currently 250 beds are available at this institute which will be increased to more than 700. For the attendants, a 700 bedded Visram Sadan is also located at the campus. Dr Thakar informed that in addition to quality care, the Institute is focussing on research and education.<br />''<br />''<span style="color: #222222;">Dr Supriya Mallick of Department of Radiaiton Oncology said that advanced facilities of radaition therapy, radiology and nuclear medicine are available at the NCI at very afforadable rates for the patient.</span><br />
