In Puducherry, the AIADMK on Monday announced the names of candidates to be fielded by the party in all 30 constituencies. The party general secretary Ms.Jayalalitha however said the talks with allies are continuing and the party will withdraw its candidates in the constituencies allotted to the allies after clinching a deal. . The AIADMK is holding talks with the newly floated All India NR Congress and the left parties. The Congress seat sharing committee held further discussion with the DMK in Chennai on Monday evening Seat sharing talks have been deadlocked even after two rounds of discussions. Meanwhile, five nominations were filed today for the April 13th assembly polls. With this, ten candidates have filed the nominations so far. Filing of nominations comes to a close on Saturday.
