Air India will pay salaries to all its employees for July this year by tomorrow. This follows instructions by Civil Aviation minister Ajit Singh to the public carrier to make up-to-date payment of all dues to the employees. An official release says, salaries of the non-licensed employees for August this year would also be paid by the 29th of this month. Besides this, the airline would pay Productivity-Linked Incentives, PLIs, for the licensed category of employees for May this year. This will entail an overall expenditure of 230 crore rupees.
