AI likely to resume key international routes by month end

Air India will resume most of its international operations by the end of this month. Recently, the airline was forced to scale down its international operations following the recent two-month strike by a section of pilots.

Air India spokesperson Shobha Nimbalkar told AIR that Air India will be ready to restart full international operations by the end of August.

Nimbalkar said that Air India will restore New York, Chicago and Paris flights and also resume flights to Hong Kong and Shanghai by then. She informed that the airline will also add more services to the busy South-East Asian regions by mid-August.
