Agriculture Minister Radha Mohan Singh will review the progress of National Agricultural Market (e-NAM) and Soil Health Card in New Delhi tomorrow. State Agriculture Ministers of 13 States will attend the meeting. <br/><br/>The Agriculture Ministry said in the release that 455 markets from 13 States have been integrated to the national web based portal of e-NAM with the registration of over 47 lakh farmers and 91 thousand traders. The Ministry said, nine crore soil health cards have been distributed so far, to farmers of the States.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that the Soil Health Card scheme is helping the farmers to know the nutrition status of their land and receiving advisory for rationalization of inputs. <br/><br/>This has reduced costs and increased returns through appropriate cropping patterns.
