Travel agents and web agents of IRCTC have been barred accessing the website during first hour of Railway ticket booking. <br/><br/>The move comes in the backdrop of a large number of complaints of non availability of the website for common users at the time of the commencement of the Railway reservation booking in the morning.<br/><br/>According to the Ministry of Railways, these agents will not be given access to Tatkal booking, through e-ticketing on all days between 8 A.M. to 9 A.M. <br/><br/>A drive has also been launched at all major reservation offices to check in the morning to prevent unscrupulous elements from cornering the berths in the first hour of the reservation.
