The Armed Forces Tribunal today has issued notice to Army to produce by Monday the Court of Inquiry findings in Sukna land scam case. Former Military Secretary Lt Gen Avadesh Prakash is facing court martial in the scam. <br/><br/>The recently-retired Lt-Gen Avadhesh Prakash, the senior most of the four indicted generals in the alleged Sukna land scam case, has filed an appeal in the Armed Forces Tribunal against the order to court-martial him.<br/>
