India will remain engaged with Africa and students from there are welcome. Replying to a media query in New Delhi, External Affairs Ministry spokesman Gopal Baglay said, a single incident will not affect India's relationship with the African continent. <br/><br/>Reacting to the Noida incident in which Nigerians were attacked, Mr Baglay said, investigation is on and action will be taken against guilty. He said, criminal acts against foreigners are completely unacceptable and India condemns such incidents.
