In Afghanistan, at least thirteen civilians have been killed in an explosion in Helmand province in the south of the country. Local officials said the blast took place this morning when people had gathered in Babaji area in the provincial capital Lashkar Gah to receive improved seeds from a government outlet. They said twenty people were injured in the blast.
