Afghanistan government has expressed its willingness to hold talks with Taliban. This was disclosed by Muhammad Masoom Stanikzai, Secretary of Peace Council of Afghanistan, at a press conference in Kabul on Sunday. He said, President Karzai has given clear message to the insurgents in this regard during his Islamabad visit. It was Mr Karzai's first visit to Pakistan after the death of Osama bin-Laden.
