The Chief Executive of Afghanistan, Dr. Abdullah Abdullah will arrive in New Delhi today. He was scheduled to arrive yesterday, but his flight was delayed due to a rocket attack on Kabul airport yesterday.<br/><br/>During his visit, Dr Abdullah will meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi and External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj. The visiting dignitary will also call on President Ram Nath Kovind. <br/><br/> <br/><br/>
