Afghanistan has called upon the Pakistan to take serious measures against Islamist groups launching attacks on Afghan targets from secure havens inside Pakistan. <br/><br/>In an interview with a news agency, Afghanistan's national security adviser Rangin Dadfar Spanta said Afghanistan had tremendous evidence that Pakistani authorities allowed Al-Qaeda and other terror organisations to operate on the country's soil. He said Kabul had presented it to Islamabad many times. <br/><br/>Spanta said Islamabad had, however, failed to act against the groups based in Pakistan's tribal areas on the Afghan border. He said a constructive dialogue can begin with a serious agenda in the future meetings between the two countries.
