Afghanistan beat Kenya; win away from qualifying for 2015 ICC World Cup

Afghanistan defeated Kenya by eight wickets in the first match of the final round to qualify directly for the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup. Batting first, Kenya was bundled out for a paltry 89 in 17 overs. In reply, the Afghan team reached the victory target in 18th over for the loss of two wickets. Now Afghanistan is just one win away from making it to 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup. If it beats Kenya in the second match at Sharjah tomorrow; it will leapfrog into the second place before UAE .Only two teams can qualify directly from the ongoing ICC World Cricket League Championship. Irealnd has already qualified and the race has now narrowed between UAE and Afghanistan. If Afghanistan wins, it will be the second team to make it to the 2015 World Cup .In case Afghanistan loses, UAE will become the second team to directly qualify for the 2015 ICC Cricket World Cup Championship to be held in Australia and New Zealand.
