In Afghanistan, back-to-back explosions targeting a Military Training Centre in the capital Kabul wounded four Afghan national army soldiers on early Monday morning. Police and the Interior Spokesmen Nasrat Rahimi said, the explosion targeted the Military Training Centre on the western edge of the Kabul. Emergency workers and investigators were on the scene of what he called suicide attacks.<br />'' <br />'' There was no immediate claim of responsibility, but both the Taliban and Islamic insurgents have carried out attacks in the capital. The attacks come after Afghan President Ashraf Ghani announced the release of three Taliban prisoners last week but later returned them to jail saying their release was being reconsidered.<br />
