Afghan Foreign Minister Zalmay Rassoul, now in New Delhi on a three day visit to India, called on the Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh this evening. He briefed him on the evolving situation in his country. Ways to combat the common threat of terrorism is high on the Agenda of his talks External Affairs Minister S M Krishna. Official sources said that the two sides will also discuss the security of about 4,000 Indians working in various professional and reconstruction activities in Afghanistan. Kabul has openly accused Pakistan's military-intelligence of harbouring the Taliban and Al Qaeda.
