Afghan foreign minister Rangin Dafdar Spanta has lauded India’s role in the development of Afghanistan.Talking to reporters in Abu Dhabi on Tuesday he said that India is a major partner in the development of the country and has committed 1.3 billion dollars for Afghanistan in eight years for its development apart from providing 1250 scholarships to Afghan student.He stressed that Afghanistan will never allow its territory to be used against any other country.Afghan foreign minister was in Abu Dhabi to attend a meeting to discuss the problems faced by Afghanistan and Pakistan.
