French Foreign Minister ,Bernard Kouchner has called on the Afghan President Hamid Karzai and his rival Abdullah Abdullah to accept the findings of the Commission investigating the disputed presidential election. Mr. Kouchner was speaking at a news conference in Kabul. International pressure is increasing on Mr. Karzai to accept a run off following August election. Results are being delayed ahead of a report by U.N backed panel which is expected to show that Mr. Karzai has failed to win an overall majority.<br/>
