<span style="color: #222222;">Advisor to Ladakh Lieutenant Governor Umang Narula has launched e- services of Housing, Urban Development, and Social &amp; Tribal Welfare departments, in Leh.<br />'' <br />'' As part of e-Governance Week celebration in Ladakh, he launched online registration &nbsp;and issuance of Birth and death certificates, Online Rent Collection and digitalized Payment &nbsp;Services of Housing and Urban Development Departments.<br />'' <br />'' Website of Social and Tribal &nbsp;Welfare Department and Portal of REWA Scheme are also launched by the Advisor.<br />'' <br />'' Social and Tribal Welfare Secretary &nbsp;Padma Angmo apprised on the occasion that REWA is a scheme of Lieutenant Governor's Student &nbsp;Support &nbsp;Initiative to provide financial assistance to meritorious students of Ladakh for availing of coaching facilities. The Rewa scheme was launched by LG Ladakh RK Muthur in June this year, is being implemented &nbsp;Social and Tribal Welfare Department, aims to encourage the meritorious students appearing National level entrance examination like NEET, JEE, NDA, UG CLAT, and those students who qualified prelims of Civil Services Examinations. &nbsp;<br />''<br />''Umang Narula &nbsp;said ever since establishment of UT, the administration &nbsp;is taking &nbsp;slew of measures to ease the life of people in Ladakh and online services are among the one to provide easy accessibility to various government services.</span>
